About Dr. Frank
Dr. Frank has been practicing aesthetic dentistry since he graduated from the University of Pacific School of Dentistry, San Francisco. He established the Center for Dental Aesthetics with his vision to take the health and beauty of his patients to new levels. Dr. Frank believes that through the application of state-of-the-art aesthetic dental procedures, everyone can enjoy the benefits of a truly flawless smile.
Dr. Frank has trained extensively with some of the finest aesthetic and occlusion dentists in the country, in such programs as the UCLA Aesthetic Continuums and with such institutes as the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and World Clinical Laser Institute. With substantial experience in complex cases, he has a special understanding of the dynamics of a smile and the preservation of a healthy mouth. Dr. Frank is committed to do whatever it takes, to not only satisfy you, but also to meet his own high standards for excellence.

Dr. Frank has served the community as president of the Kern County Dental Society and he continues a leadership role as Trustee to the California Dental Association, advancing the positive changes that are taking place in modern, aesthetic dentistry.
