Dr. Frank and Team,

For too many years, I avoided seeing a dentist because I could not make them believe the pain I felt was real. Almost 19 years ago a friend suggested her dentist, she even went so far as to make the appointment for me. Reluctantly I kept the appointment. For the first time in my life I had a dentist who believed me and told me there was no reason to feel any pain.

I have dental insurance and my dentist is not in the network. BUT WHO CARES! I would rather pay the difference for excellent care and someone who I trust completely than settle for someone I don't. If I have a problem, his office and team go the extra mile to help me. They know my fears and put me at ease. These qualities mean the world to me. So Thank you so much for all your help through the years. Please don't even think about retirement! My teeth and I would be lost without you!

My only complaint is that I did not find you sooner! Your service is so superior to all the other dentists I have dealt with. I know that if I had found you sooner I would not have the problems with my teeth that I have because I would have gone more regularly to the dentist. You made what I thought a very unpleasant, nerve-wracking experience to be very comfortable and caring. I feel that you are genuine in your concern for my well-being and dental care. Since switching to Dr. Frank I feel I've been getting exceptional dental care. Everyone on the staff has been attentive and professional, and the atmosphere is comfortable and honest. Look what you have given me! A gorgeous smile! I hope you know that I appreciate everything you have done. The time you have spent trying to solve the concerns of my mouth, such as, graft of not to graft, opening the bite and lengthening teeth. I know I was a big case and there was much to consider. Thanks for your patience. You’d think these crowns were going into The Queen of England's mouth, with all the time and care put into getting them done. I am different now, thanks to you. Dear Dr. Frank,

Before the procedure was done, my front tooth was dark, very aging. Because it was connected to my bridge I thought it was a hopeless situation. After talking it over with my "angel" doctor, you convinced me it wasn't an impossible task. I was even happy with the temporary. What a difference - I am thrilled with the results! Everyone in your office is professionally nice, very informative and caring. The office is so clean and beautiful and even refreshments.

It was a great experience for being in a dentist's chair. You are the "best," Dr. Frank, and Barbara, too! You have changed my life - Thank You!
